to eat. Vegetables contains more amount of vitamins and minerals. One
can use vegetables diet to reduce weight or as a supplementary diet to
complete the intake of vitamins and minerals.
A regular exercise and eating more
vegetables or fruits will vitalize inherent antioxidant systems.
